The John W. Pope Center for Higher Education Policy invites you to attend a forum on January 15, 2013, on the education of K-12 teachers. The forum will bring together experts from across the country to present innovative ways to improve the education of teachers.
Speakers include Sandra Stotsky, a leading advocate of standards-based reform; Arthur McKee of the National Council on Teacher Quality, which is conducting a nationwide review of education schools jointly with U.S. News and World Report; Andrew Lakis of Teach for America of North Carolina, and Terrence Moore of Hillsdale College, among others. George Leef, director of research for the Pope Center, will lead the forum.
