The Pope Center is sponsoring this event in the Triad to help you get to know us better and to learn of our mission to improve the state's colleges and universities.
Our guest speaker, Joseph P. Calhoun, will discuss “Keeping Milton Friedman’s Ideas Alive in Colleges and Universities.”
Dr. Calhoun is the assistant director of the Stavros Center for the Advancement of Free Enterprise and Economic Education at Florida State University. The recipient of many teaching awards, Dr. Calhoun teaches about 2,000 students a year at Florida State and can effectively bring economic concepts to life.
